Climate Action Planning Webinar: Looking Beyond Carbon Neutrality and Resilience

This talk will summarize what a climate action plan (CAP) is, what they most often do or cover and how the best developed CAPs are successful, but will then go beyond the traditional aspects of climate planning to talk about some aspects that are often left out such as development of municipal infrastructure and the means of financing these aspects of city functioning.
